Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for confirming that you have authority to act on behalf of the deceased person or estate where required.
• You should review all service details, pricing, and timescales before proceeding.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party systems such as Meta, Google, Apple, X, TikTok, and other providers. Their forms, review processes, and evidence requirements may change without notice. We are not liable for their downtime, refusal decisions, or policy changes.

Fees and refunds

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted fees cover the service package selected at the time of purchase. Any refund policy, if offered, should be stated clearly in your service agreement or invoice. Additional work outside the agreed package may require a new quote.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Departed Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
